It helps if you tell us which device you use, whether it is the website or the app, the version (Settings, About) and what happened.

Where are my entries?

Without an account, they are stored only on the device you recorded them on. If you sign in with Google or Apple (Settings, Account), they are also saved in your account and appear on every device where you sign in.

How do I move my entries to a new device?

Sign in on both devices with the same account. Without an account: export a JSON file on the old device (Settings, “Export…”) and import it on the new one (“Import…”).

How do I show my entries to my doctor?

Tap “Export…” and choose a PDF: the summary with key figures and charts, or the complete report with every entry. CSV is meant for spreadsheets.

Reminders don’t arrive

Check that reminders are turned on in Settings and that notifications for Pain Tracker are allowed in your device’s settings. On the website on iPhone and iPad, reminders work once Pain Tracker is on your Home Screen.

The app for iPhone and iPad: free days and full version

The app is free for 14 days. After that, adding new entries needs the full version, a one-time purchase. Viewing, editing and exporting keep working without it.

If you bought the full version and the app doesn’t show it, tap “Restore purchase” in Settings. Apple handles purchases and refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

A single entry: open it and delete it. Everything: “Delete account” at the end of Settings removes your account and all entries stored in it. You choose whether the entries stay on the device.

Not a medical service

Pain Tracker is a diary. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If your pain is severe, new or worrying, contact a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
